Partner questions
Who can join?
Personal trainers and coaches, registered dietitians and nutritionists, and clinics. Anyone can create an account. The verified mark next to your name comes after we check your qualifications, and it's expected for dietitians and clinics.
Do I need an iPhone or an Apple Account?
No. The partner portal works in any modern browser, and you sign in with a passkey. If you also use LivF yourself, you can link it once from the app so your listings show under that profile.
Can I see the data of people who use my plans?
No. Using your plan shares nothing with you. When client coaching arrives, a person will choose, in their app, exactly what to share with you, and can stop at any time.
What does LivF keep about me?
Your email, name, public profile, the public half of your passkey (never a password) and the listings you write. The privacy policy sets out every case.
Do clinics get anything different?
Clinic features (several staff on one account, and patient sharing) come after the coaching tools, once the legal groundwork for health data is done. Create an account now and we'll keep you in the loop.
Does LivF give medical advice?
No. LivF describes what people log and never diagnoses. Advice you give your clients is yours, under your own professional responsibility.
