Why pay for ten apps that never talk to each other?

Ten subscriptions cost you money. Worse, they cost you accuracy: each app reads one slice of you and guesses the rest. LivF is one diary with an AI that reads it all, so the answers come from the whole picture.

Cost 1 · Money Ten subscriptions

A cycle app, a food log, a training app, a sleep app, a blood sugar log, a coach. Each one billed separately, none of them sharing what they know.

Cost 2 · Accuracy Answers built on half the picture

Your body doesn't work in departments. Sleep changes hunger, food changes training, hormones change all of it. An app that sees one part is guessing about the rest.

Pick an app. See what it can't see.

Everyone's LivF is different

Five friends. Five different apps. All of them LivF.

Tap a person. Their phone comes forward and shows what they use it for.

Use all of it or just one part. Pick the look, the companion and the coach's voice. It's the same app, and nobody's looks like anyone else's.

Other apps bolt AI on. LivF runs on it.

Most trackers hand you a spreadsheet and a chatbot. LivF does the logging, reads the trends and changes the plan, then tells you why.

You work for the app
  • —  You type in every meal and every set
  • —  You read the charts and guess what they mean
  • —  You rebuild the plan when life gets in the way
  • —  AI is a chat window in the corner
The app works for you
  • A photo or your camera does the logging
  • LivF reads your trends and flags what matters
  • The plan adapts itself: sleep, soreness, schedule
  • AI is the engine of every screen

Every change comes with a reason, so you learn your own body.

Your data, your story

You're the hero of this story. Not the product.

Health apps have been built around the parts that are easy to sell: a generic plan, their own workouts, your data. LivF is built around the person holding the phone.

Too many health appsLivF
One slice of you, in isolation. The cycle app never sees your plate. One diary where food, sleep, training, cycle and blood sugar are read together.
Generic plans written for nobody in particular.Every target, plan and answer is built for you and nobody else.
Their workouts or nothing.Your goals, your gym, your kit, your schedule. Or a plan from a coach you pick.
Tracking, then you're on your own.A coach that reads the numbers and does something with them.
Your data is the business model.Never sold. Never used for ads. Never used to train anyone's AI. Stored on your phone and in your own iCloud.

Everything you log, one timeline that makes sense of it.

01

Point the camera at your plate

Tap plus and pick a door: estimate a meal from a photo, scan a label or barcode, say it out loud, or start a live session. Logging is the part of tracking that fails; LivF gives it five doors.

02

A coach in your corner, one you can argue with

Not a notification that fires at 9am. A conversation that carries over, knows your routine, notices when the week went sideways, and rewrites the plan when you ask it to.

03

Autonomous mode: your week, handled

Switch it on and LivF plans workouts around your calendar, builds meals and groceries, and rebalances targets by itself. You decide whether it acts or asks first.

04

Your camera counts the reps

Prop the phone up and train. LivF watches your joint angles and counts. Geometry is computed on your phone, nothing is uploaded, and no wearable is required.

05

Weight and food, read together

Your weight trend drawn against what you actually ate, protein by day and calories on target, so one heavy weekend reads as a blip instead of a verdict.

06

Strength you can see moving

Per-lift progression, where your lifts rank for your size, and the volume behind them. Watch the trend climb under the day-to-day noise.

07

Sleep and recovery, explained

Last night’s stages, efficiency and resting heart rate, read from Apple Health and turned into a plain answer: how hard today can be.

08

A health score that shows its working

One number out of 100, built from recovery, nutrition, activity and hydration. Open it and every part is there. LivF reads from Apple Health and never writes to it.

09

Your numbers, made human

273,646 steps this month is about two and a half Comrades ultramarathons. Metrics turns totals into things you can picture, then lets you dig into each one.

10

A companion that lives on your home screen

A cat, a dog, a fuzzy monster or the coach itself. It breathes, asks for food, water and a walk, and reacts when you stroke it. A reason to show up, never a guilt trip.

11

Wear it your way

Dozens of looks, from Black & White to Platinum, Gold and RGB. Pick Leaves, Leaves and coach, or a pet for the middle of Today, and let LivF dress itself each morning if you like.

12

The people who make you turn up

A feed, groups, routes and plates from the friends training alongside you. Or keep everything private. Both are first-class citizens.

Coach
This week went sideways. Can we move things?
Done. You missed Monday and Tuesday, so I merged them into one full-body session on Thursday.
I'd rather keep Saturday free.
Fair. Moved it to Friday morning instead.

Everything a real coach does. With far more patience.

It plans around your gym, sets up the machine in front of you, watches your form and measures your progress. Ask the same question at 6am and at midnight. It never sighs.

Point the camera at your gym. Get a plan that fits it.

People rarely know what their kit is called, but they can point a phone at it. The coach lists only what it can actually see, asks what it's missing one question at a time, and drafts a routine that never needs equipment you don't have.

A number you miss by forty calories is not a failure. So LivF doesn't draw it as one.

Every goal is a range with room in it, sized to what you're actually trying to do. LivF describes what happened and what it means for the days ahead. It doesn't diagnose you, score your worth, or tell you that you've ruined anything.

Questions, answered straight

Do I need an Apple Watch or a fitness band?

No. LivF counts reps with the phone’s camera and reads whatever your phone already records in Apple Health. A watch adds data if you have one; nothing depends on it.

Is my food photo uploaded?

Only the photo you take for a meal estimate, only when you take it. Browsing your own library inside LivF uploads nothing. The privacy policy sets out every case.

What does autonomous mode actually do?

It plans and adjusts your week on its own: workouts, meals and targets. You choose whether it acts directly or asks before bigger changes.

Why is my target a range instead of a number?

Because a single number invites you to treat a forty-calorie miss as a failure. Landing inside the band is the whole point.

Does LivF change anything in Apple Health?

No. LivF reads from Health and does not write to it. You can review or revoke exactly what it sees in the Health app, under Sharing → Apps.

Does it work offline?

Logging, training and your history all work without a connection. The coach, barcode lookups and photo estimates need one, because they ask a server a question.

Can I follow a plan from my own coach or dietitian?

Yes. Partners publish plans in the LivF marketplace, and the AI coach helps you follow them day to day.

What does it cost?

LivF is in beta and free to test.
